Chad was fairly unprofessional in my contact with him. I simply asked for 10 minutes to be able to sort something out with my family and the real estate before confirming his service. I think this was a reasonable thing once again after being told a service would cost $220.Unfortunately, he straight up cancelled on me when I asked for this, saying he couldn't come because he was too busy. Didn't expect this unprofessional behaviour, but in the moment I confirmed his contract text message, upon which it appears he was suddenly not busy again and fine to come.In hindsight, I regret going ahead with him as there were other locksmiths in the area who would have done the same job without the attitude and fuss.
